Dana Copes is in her 10th year serving as the school counselor for Citrus Grove Elementary.  Before working at Citrus Grove Elementary she worked at DeLand High School and was the senior International Baccalaureate counselor and the IB Coordinator.  Before joining Volusia County Schools in 2005 she worked for thirteen years in higher education/residence life.  She is a American School Counselor Association and Florida School Counselor Association Member serving on the Chapter Development Committee and as the Chair for the Scholarship Committee.  Dana enjoys traveling, reading, yoga and spending time with her family!
