Ingrid Cruz currently serves as the K-5 School Counseling District Specialist. Prior to that, she worked as an elementary school counselor at Volusia County Schools and middle school counselor for Seminole County Public Schools. She is the Secretary and Communications Chair for VSCA and a member of the Florida School Counselor Association and the American School Counselor Association. Her interests in the field of school counseling include data collection and disaggregation, the use of technology for school counselors, and solution-focused brief counseling for school counselors.
